MindMeal for AI assistants

MindMeal is a connector (an MCP server) for Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that takes one. It gives your assistant restaurants’ own menus, dish by dish: what each dish is, what it costs, and what the menu itself states about the 14 allergens. Barcelona today, more cities being added. It only reads; it can’t book, order or change anything, and it needs no account.

Add MindMeal to your assistant

Add MindMeal to Claude or ChatGPT once, and it reads the menus for you: what's near, what's open, what it costs. Nothing you ask is kept.

The address to add

https://www.mindmeal.net/mcp

Claude

  1. 1Tap Add to Claude: it opens with MindMeal filled in.
  2. 2Check the name and address, then add it.
  3. 3Ask away. By hand: Customize, then Connectors, then + and Add custom connector.

Every plan, the free one included (one connector on free). Menus in these apps move now and then: the current steps.

Add to Claude

ChatGPT

  1. 1Turn on Developer mode, in Settings under Security and login.
  2. 2In Plugins, choose +, then Create app, and paste the address.
  3. 3In a new chat, pick MindMeal.

ChatGPT Plus or above, on the web. Menus in these apps move now and then: the current steps.

Open ChatGPT

Then ask it things like

  • “Paella near the Sagrada Família under €20?”
  • “Somewhere open now near Barceloneta with a menú del día.”
  • “Which dishes at this place does the menu say have no nuts?”

Ask MindMeal things like

  • “Cheap paella near the Sagrada Família?”
  • “A menú del día in Gràcia under €15, open now.”
  • “What at La Bendita does the menu say has no gluten?”
  • “Vegan dinner near my hotel on Carrer de Blai.”

Your assistant decides when to use it. If it answers from somewhere else, say “use MindMeal”.

What MindMeal can do

search_dishes
Dishes by name, in any language, near a place or in a neighbourhood, by price, cuisine, allergens the menu states are absent, vegan or vegetarian, open now.
search_restaurants
Restaurants by name or street, near a place, in a neighbourhood, by cuisine, open now.
search_set_menus
Menús del día and tasting menus: several courses for one price.
get_menu
A restaurant's whole menu, or only what fits ("what here has no milk?"), with what the menu states about each allergen.
get_restaurant
One restaurant: address, contacts, and its menu at a glance.
find_place
A hotel, sight or street by name, to search near it (OpenStreetMap).
list_neighbourhoods
A city's districts and barris, the names a search takes.
search, fetch
The same restaurants and menus as documents, for ChatGPT's research modes.

Allergens

Only what each menu states. Where a menu says nothing about an allergen, MindMeal says so, and your assistant is told never to guess. Always tell the restaurant about an allergy before you order.

Privacy and support

MindMeal keeps none of what your assistant sends to search with: not the words, not the allergens you asked to avoid, not the place. It counts only that a restaurant was shown, which of its tools was used, and the assistant app’s name. A place name you look up goes to OpenStreetMap’s search, and nowhere is it logged. The whole story is in our privacy notice, and the rules for using MindMeal in our terms. Questions or a problem: info@mindmeal.net.
